Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings, layouts, and construction documents.
Develop technical drawings based on design concepts and architects' sketches.
Create 3D models, renderings, and presentation visuals for client approvals.
Assist in space planning, material selection, and furniture layouts.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and contractors during project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
Revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
Proficiency in Google SketchUp.
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
Basic knowledge of 3ds Max.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.




Understanding of architectural detailing, interior fit-out, and construction drawings.
Positive visualization, space planning, and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and coordination abilities.
