Job Opening: Java Backend and Frontend Developer

Location: Pune, India | Experience: 35 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the frontend development of enterprise-grade web applications using React.js
- Architect and build reusable, scalable, and high-performance UI components
- Collaborate with product owners and backend teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Take full ownership of assigned modules from requirement to deployment
- Perform code reviews, suggest optimizations, and enforce best practices
- Continuously improve performance, UI/UX, and code maintainability
- Contribute to solution design, technical documentation, and release planning
- Troubleshoot issues, debug, and deliver timely fixes

Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+),



HTML5, CSS3
- Deep knowledge of state management (Redux, Context API), hooks, and performance tuning
- Experience building product-based platforms or SaaS applications
- Proficient in RESTful APIs, UI testing, and browser compatibility
- Familiar with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD workflows
- Bonus: Knowledge of Next.js, TypeScript, or experience in full-stack (Node.js)
