Objective:
The Cybersecurity Engineer – AMC / OT Security Support will be responsible for providing post-implementation cybersecurity support, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and compliance assistance for OT / ICS environments such as SCADA, EMS, DMS, DCS, PLC, RTU, PPC, BESS, HEMS, and other industrial automation systems.

The role focuses on ensuring the secure and reliable operation of customer OT systems under Annual Maintenance Contract obligations.



The engineer will support cybersecurity health checks, vulnerability assessment coordination, access control review, firewall rule review, antivirus/EDR monitoring, patch coordination, backup verification, incident response support, security hardening, compliance documentation, and SLA-based issue closure.

The objective of this role is to maintain the cybersecurity posture of live OT environments, reduce security risks, ensure compliance with applicable standards, and provide timely technical support to customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

OT / ICS Cybersecurity AMC Support:

• Provide AMC support for OT/ICS cybersecurity systems including SCADA, EMS, DMS, PLC, RTU, PPC, BESS, and related platforms.

• Perform periodic security health checks, preventive maintenance, and issue resolution.

• Monitor security alerts, logs, antivirus/EDR status, backups, and system health.
