Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Support & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the office network and server infrastructure while also handling day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is suitable for candidates with basic networking knowledge who are willing to take on administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative – 70%
- Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination.
- Maintain office records, documents, registers, and reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Manage attendance, access cards, courier, and office requirements.
- Assist with invoices, quotations, payment follow-ups, and documentation.
- Coordinate meeting room and office bookings.
- Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the workspace.





IT & Networking – 30%
- Provide basic IT support to employees and clients.
- Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, software, and internet issues.
- Assist with Wi-Fi and basic network troubleshooting.
- Install and configure routers.
- Support access control systems and basic IT equipment.
- Maintain IT asset and equipment records.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the concerned team or service provider.

Requirements
- Freshers can only apply (Immediate joiners)
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Windows systems.
- Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to learn IT support and administrative responsibilities.
- Candidates near Thoraipakkam or anywhere in Chennai can apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable working 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday to Saturday.
