Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor and respond to alarms, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of incident resolution processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Provide 24/7 support for NOC operations by working rotational shifts as required.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in alarm monitoring or related field (e.g., IT services & consulting).
- Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP), operating systems (Windows/Linux), and basic computer hardware components.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during high-stress situations; excellent problem-solving skills are essential.
