Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary: The Engineer should assist and monitor Civil work at construction project sites. The role involves coordinating with Site Staff/team, checking daily work progress,coordinating with project stakeholders,consultants and ensuring the design with quality standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising work at site
Check daily work progress and report to seniors
Ensure work is done as per drawings and instructions
Coordinate with all project stakeholders and consultants
Support in site measurements and material checks
Help maintain basic site records and reports
Follow safety rules at the site
Deriving quantities of all Civil Items,material,etc in proper formats
Identify issues at site and inform the project manager

Required Qualifications & Skills




Degree in Civil Engineering with Masters in Construction Management (preferred)
Basic understanding of drawings and materials.
Willingness to learn and work in office
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred)

Experience
Site experience of minimum 3 years

In office work
Field-based role with learning opportunities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
Construction site: 3 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:
50% (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
