Roles and Responsibilities :
- Operate CNC machines (VMC) to produce high-quality parts with precision and accuracy.
- Read and interpret 2D drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications to ensure accurate machining operations.
- Set up and maintain tooling, fixtures, and equipment on the VMC machine for productive production runs.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery malfunctions or defects to minimize downtime.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience operating CNC machines (VMC) in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in reading 2D drawings, 3D drawings, and interpreting technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of plastic molding processes and press tools used in manufacturing.
- Experience working with Makino software for programming CNC machines.
