Role Overview

We are looking for a
Recruiter Intern – IT Staffing
who is interested in building a career in technology recruitment. The primary responsibility of this role will be to
identify and source relevant IT candidates
using LinkedIn and other leading job portals.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a
Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or other technology-related educational background
who understands common technical terminology and wants to develop a career in IT recruitment.

This is a
6-month internship
. Candidates who demonstrate excellent performance, strong sourcing productivity, consistent attendance, technical understanding, and overall reliability may be considered for conversion to a
full-time IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter role




after successful completion of the internship. Full-time conversion will be based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source relevant candidates for various
IT and technology roles
using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify candidates whose technical skills match the position.
- Perform targeted candidate searches using keywords, Boolean search techniques, filters, and other sourcing methods.
- Review resumes and LinkedIn profiles to evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, location, and other job requirements.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming IT positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate and sourcing information in internal recruitment systems.
- Coordinate with recruiters and team members regarding candidate availability and profile suitability.
