Job Summary
We are looking for a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in target markets
- Build prospect lists and identify relevant decision-makers
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups
- Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities
- Conduct initial discovery conversations with prospects
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to understand and position IT solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM
- Track competitor activity and market trends
- Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT/Software/SaaS/Technology Sales




- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and business development
- Good understanding of the sales cycle
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM and prospecting tools
- Ability to interact with mid-level and senior business stakeholders
- Self-driven and comfortable working with targets
