About Us

Exotic Wood Zone is an e-commerce company specializing in unique and premium wood products. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Executive to join our team and help maintain accurate product, inventory, order, and business data across our systems.

Job Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Add and update product information, including product names, dimensions, specifications, pricing, and inventory.
- Maintain and organize Excel/Google Sheets and other company records.
- Upload and update product information on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and correct duplicate, missing, or incorrect information.
- Assist with inventory and product data management.
- Maintain proper records of orders, shipments, and other business information.




- Perform regular data verification and quality checks.
- Coordinate with other team members to collect and update required information.
- Follow company procedures for data entry and record keeping.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry, E-commerce, Administration, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Amazon is preferred.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with large amounts of product and inventory data.

What We Offer
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 p
