In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, utilizing Talend Data Integration to build scalable, secure, and high-performing data pipelines. You will thrive in an Agile environment, championing continuous improvement and delivering incremental value.
Primary Skills:
Right Product Delivery (Business Value)
- Understand and challenge business requirements by gaining hands-on insight into business activities.
- Translate business needs into explicit functional requirements.
- Design and develop solutions that strictly adhere to corporate architecture (EA) rules, including security, integration guidelines, and group methodologies.
- Validate the global solution and contribute to smooth deployment through change management, communication, and training support.
Technical Excellence (Deliver Right & Fast)
- Architect and develop stable, scalable, secure,
and easy-to-maintain data solutions with a strong focus on non-functional requirements and excellent user experience.
- Adopt an incremental "Do & Learn" approach tooptimizelead times.
- Implement automation for component testing and deployment to ensure fast, continuous delivery of functionalities.
Solution Maintenance & Support
- Maintain andoptimizeexisting solutions within ongoing operations.
- Provide reliableLevel 3 supportto troubleshoot,optimize, and resolve complex data pipeline issues.
Team Performance & Collaboration
- Demonstrate Agile and Lean values daily: cooperation, transparency,&courage.;
- Continuously reflect on team effectiveness, actively tuning team norms and helping to update organizational IT standards.
