Responsibilities-
- Coordinate with drivers for vehicle pick-up and drop-off services
- Manage Shift independently & monitor job progress, route updates, and timely task completion
- Handle Service delivery /backend operations via our service portal and CRM
- Communicate with service centers, customers, and partners professionally
- Maintain daily operational MIS and reports
- Resolve issues or escalations from the field staff promptly
- Assist in training and onboarding of field personnel

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in support, logistics, automobile, Retail , Facilities management or operations role
- Robust verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Good command of basic computer tools (Excel, email, WhatsApp, CRMs)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in managing field teams or blue-collar staff is a plus
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
