About the Role

We are looking for a creative and responsible
E-commerce & Instagram Content Executive
who can manage day-to-day e-commerce activities along with Instagram content creation. The candidate should be comfortable
shooting product photos/videos, creating Instagram Reels, coordinating content, and managing online store operations
.

Key Responsibilities

Instagram & Content Creation
- Plan and shoot Instagram Reels, product videos, photos, and promotional content.
- Handle basic product photography and videography using a smartphone/camera.
- Create engaging and trend-based Instagram Reels and Stories.
- Coordinate with the team for product shoots, models, props, and content requirements.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, audio, formats, and content ideas.
- Coordinate with the designer/video editor when required.




- Maintain a regular content calendar and ensure timely posting.

E-commerce Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website/store.
- Upload and update product listings, images, descriptions, prices, and inventory.
- Check product availability, orders, cancellations, and basic customer queries.
- Coordinate with the dispatch/operations team for order processing.
- Monitor website products and ensure all information is accurate and updated.
- Coordinate with marketplaces or other online selling platforms, if applicable.
- Track basic sales and product performance.

Business & Operations Management
- Take ownership of daily e-commerce and Instagram-related tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain records of products, content, orders, and promotional activities.
- Support promotional campaigns, festive campaigns, and new product launches.
