HR Lead – HR Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Lead – HR Operations to manage and strengthen the day-to-day HR operations of the organization. The role will focus primarily on HR processes, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, employee engagement, and HR systems, while also partnering with business teams on people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Develop and improve HR policies, processes, SOPs, and workflows.
- Ensure accurate and timely HRMS updates and employee data management.

2. Payroll & Attendance




- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the payroll/finance team.
- Validate attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee and payroll-related records.

3. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Keep the organization updated on changes in labour regulations and HR compliance requirements.

4. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Drive smooth onboarding and induction processes.
- Manage probation reviews and confirmation processes.
- Handle employee transfers, promotions, salary revisions, and other employee movements.
- Conduct and manage exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination, and exit documentation.

5. Employee Engagement & HR Support
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
