About the Role

We are looking for a
Program Manager Intern
with a robust analytical, financial, and problem-solving mindset to work closely with the program and leadership teams. The role involves looking at programs
end-to-end
, understanding their financial and operational performance, identifying gaps and trends, and recommending interventions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall outcomes.

The ideal candidate should be someone who does not simply review numbers or follow existing processes, but actively asks
what is working, what is not working, why it is happening, and what can be done better
.

Key Responsibilities1. Program Performance & Financial Analysis
- Analyse programs from both
financial and operational perspectives
, including revenue, costs, budgets, utilisation, profitability,



productivity, and overall performance.
- Track
planned vs. actual performance
, identify variances, inefficiencies, cost overruns, and areas of under-utilisation.
- Review program-level financials and operational data to understand the key drivers behind performance.
- Build and maintain MIS, dashboards, trackers, and periodic management reports.
- Identify trends, recurring issues, unusual variations, and early indicators that may impact program performance.

2. Program Audit, Review & Optimisation
- Review programs
in and out
, examining processes, resources, costs, timelines, execution quality, and outcomes.
- Conduct detailed checks to identify gaps between planned processes and actual execution.
- Analyse whether existing resources, processes, manpower, vendors, and costs are being utilised efficiently.
