Role Description
The Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for overseeing daily fitness center operations and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising front desk and training teams, and coordinating with trainers and nutrition experts to support program delivery.



The Operations Manager monitors facility maintenance, implements operational policies, and ensures efficient use of resources and equipment. Daily tasks also include tracking key performance metrics, managing vendor relationships, supporting marketing and member retention initiatives, and resolving client concerns in a timely and professional manner. The role involves ongoing process improvement, alignment with company goals, and close collaboration with leadership to drive growth and operational excellence.
