Sales Target & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Prepare and execute sales plans for AVERA EV products.
- Identify current sales opportunities and potential markets.
- Increase vehicle sales through dealers, distributors, fleet customers, and institutional customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, pricing, offers, and customer preferences.
- Develop strategies to improve sales during festive and seasonal periods.

Dealer Management
- Appoint and develop new dealers in assigned territories.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing AVERA dealers.
- Monitor dealer-wise sales performance and stock levels.
- Ensure dealers maintain adequate vehicle, spare parts, and accessory stock.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and review their business performance.
- Support dealers in lead generation, retail sales, customer handling, and local marketing.
- Identify underperforming dealers and prepare corrective action plans.
- Ensure dealers follow AVERA’s sales policies, pricing, branding,



and customer service standards.

Sales Team Management
- Set individual targets for Sales Executives and Sales Officers.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance.
- Conduct regular sales review meetings.
- Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Train the team on AVERA products, specifications, features, pricing, finance options, and competitor comparison.
- Track employee attendance, field visits, customer meetings, and lead conversion.
- Evaluate team performance and recommend improvement or training where required.

Lead Generation & Conversion
- Develop systems for generating and tracking customer leads.
- Ensure every lead is followed up within the required timeline.
- Monitor lead-to-test-ride and test-ride-to-booking conversion.
- Track pending enquiries and ensure proper follow-up.
- Develop corporate, fleet, rental, and institutional customer leads.
