Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC drilling machines to produce precision components as per drawings and specifications.
- Programming & Setup: Load programs, adjust machine settings, and select appropriate tools for drilling operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting of CNC drilling machines.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Documentation: Record production data, machine logs, and report deviations or defects.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to meet production targets.

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month

Education:

Experience:

- Metal fabrication: 2 years (Required)
