Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to join our team in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage procurement activities for IT hardware, software, and services.

2. Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best prices, delivery terms, and quality standards.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners.

4. Conduct market research to identify current suppliers, products, and services.

5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

6. Analyze and resolve procurement-related issues and conflicts.

7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, finance, and logistics.

Requirements:

1.



3-6 years of experience in procurement or purchasing in the IT sector.

2. Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.

3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with IT hardware, software, and services procurement.

2. Knowledge of contract management and negotiation.

3. Familiarity with procurement best practices and industry trends.
