- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers on construction methods, materials science, and safety protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel).
- Solid understanding of building codes & regulations.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.
- 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
