Catalyst Education is currently recruiting for a BDM role in Calicut, with responsibilities focused on business growth, student admissions, revenue generation and market expansion. (Indeed)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and admission targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through B2C and B2B channels.
- Lead, motivate and monitor the sales/admission team.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, institutions and business partners.
- Drive student enrolments and improve lead-to-admission conversion.
- Monitor sales KPIs, team performance and revenue targets.
- Handle important leads and support the team in closing admissions.
- Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Academic and Operations teams.





Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree; MBA/Sales qualification is an advantage.
- 2+ years of experience in EdTech, education sales, B2B/B2C sales or business development.
- Proven experience in achieving sales/revenue targets.
- Team-handling experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Robust Malayalam and English communication.
- Good knowledge of CRM and sales reporting.
- Highly target-oriented with strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
