Proposal Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a Proposal Coordinator to support our Upwork Business Development team. The person will research relevant projects, qualify opportunities, prepare proposal drafts, organize portfolio examples, and maintain follow-ups.

This role is suitable for an intern or junior candidate with valuable English, research skills and an interest in sales and business development.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant Upwork projects based on our services.
- Check client requirements, budget and project suitability.
- Prepare job briefs and proposal drafts.
- Find relevant portfolio samples and case studies.
- Maintain proposal and lead details in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Track client responses and follow-ups.
- Support the Upwork Business Development Manager with daily sales activities.
- Maintain proper records of jobs researched, proposals prepared and follow-ups.

Requirements
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales or business development.




- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM tools.
- Willingness to learn about Upwork, e-commerce and digital services.
- Candidates with previous internship experience in Upwork, sales, business development, lead generation, proposal writing or a similar field are also welcome to apply.
