We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and ensuring that designs are effectively implemented throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and modify drawings based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with project and construction teams.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Assist in resolving design and technical issues during construction.
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation and project records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed college
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D visualization tools is an advantage.
- Robust understanding of architectural planning, design, and construction.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
