Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with mandatory prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency. Candidates must have hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, client meetings, pitching digital marketing services, negotiation, and deal closure.

The ideal candidate should understand the digital marketing agency business model and be confident in acquiring clients and generating revenue through digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, referrals, and other channels.
- Identify businesses that require digital marketing services and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and understand their marketing requirements.
- Pitch and sell digital marketing services to potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the internal digital marketing team for smooth client onboarding and project handover.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.
- Digital Marketing Agency experience is a must; candidates without agency experience will not be considered.
- Strong B2B lead generation and client acquisition experience.
- Experience selling digital marketing services to clients.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
