Urgent Hiring for DM/AM - Power Electronics Engineer

Location - IMT Manesar, Gurgaon

Exp - 8+ yrs

Salary - 12 lpa - 18 lpa

Job responsibilities :

Buildup of Lab proto samples in coordination with R&D.;
- Preparation of Pre-production samples.
- Understand /evaluate Power electronics circuit and components.
- Knowledge, awareness and well-versed understanding of different types of SMPS

Topologies, Analog circuits, Digital circuits etc.
- Knowledge and awareness of different software Protocols (I2C, CAN, TCP/IP, UART

etc).
- Characterization/validation of Lab Proto as per customer requirement.
- Preparation of characterization/Validation report for R&D; & customer approval.
- Assembly of PP Units, Test the Units as per test plan and record all data for all units.
- Trouble shooting of the units, which are failed during testing and take Corrective &

Preventive action; raise ECR/ECN/Deviation if required.
- Creating SOP for procedures.
- Line set up Requirements calculation w.r.t.



Equipment’s & test Jigs Fixture.
- Test Set up for Production Line.
- Jigs/Fixture development for testing and Maintenance.
- Repair/Trouble shooting of PCBA failed in Testing/Calibration in Production.
- Achieve debug the daily target of Faulty PCBA.
- Corrective and Prevention Action against critical PCBA/Units Failures.
- Support production line for technical issues.
- RMA units debugging and rework.
- Writing tests work instructions from schematics and from basic data.
- Provides training and guidance to current team members to accomplish goals.
- Coordinate with Different Departments for execution of assignment.
- MIS & any other report as required by management.
- Ensuring safely & security without any Major misses.
- Understanding of Orcad, Solidworks, Autocad softwares.
- Awareness of IPC Standard, MIL Standards for EMI-EMC, Environmental etc.
