Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, and Playwright.
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance end-to-end (E2E) testing suites using Playwright. This includes handling complex user flows, cross-browser testing, and visual regressions.
- Full Stack Feature Development: Develop and maintain core application features across the frontend and backend, ensuring every new feature is born with a corresponding Playwright suite. AI-Driven Testing:
- Pioneer the use of AI code generation to accelerate the creation of Playwright scripts, Page Object Models (POM), and synthetic test data CI/CD Integration Integrate Playwright into our automated pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)



to provide instant feedback on every pull request Testing Infrastructure Optimize test execution speed through parallelization and sharding within Playwright to keep developer feedback loops tight
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the application by following best practices in software development.
- Participate in code reviews to improve overall quality of the codebase.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, React.js, and Playwright testing.
- Robust understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript or equivalent programming languages.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum/Sprint planning.
