Role Description
- Support day-to-day execution of accelerator/recognition programs (e.g., cohort management, application screening, jury coordination, demo day logistics)
- Draft and manage stakeholder communications across channels - formal emails, WhatsApp updates, calendar invites,



LinkedIn posts - calibrated to the audience and partner brand guidelines
- Maintain program trackers, timelines, and deliverable logs to keep execution on schedule
- Coordinate with internal marketing, tech, and design teams to action program requests (assets, forms, platform updates)
- Build and maintain outreach databases (startups, mentors, investors, ecosystem partners)
- Assist in preparing decks, one-pagers, proposals, and reports for corporate/media/government partners
- Help manage partner-facing documentation - proof of delivery reports, MoUs, SOWs
- Provide on-ground/virtual support during cohort sessions, demo days, and partner events

Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience; prior internship or full-time experience in program management, startup ecosystem, BD, or operations is a plus
- Strong written communication - you can adapt tone and format across formal emails, casual updates, and social copy
