We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketer with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to lead our paid marketing and lead-generation efforts.

Position Summary

The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to drive qualified leads, maximize ROI, and support business growth objectives. The ideal candidate must have hands-on, in-depth experience managing high-budget campaigns on these platforms,



preferably within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads & Meta Ads Management
- Plan, set up, execute, and manage paid campaigns primarily on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
- Build and manage campaign structures, ad sets, audiences, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages to improve performance.

Lead Generation Strategy
- Develop and implement lead-generation strategies aligned with sales and business targets, primarily driven through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Identify high-performing audience segments and scale campaigns accordingly.

Budget Management
- Manage advertising budgets across Google Ads and Meta Ads efficiently to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROA
