- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Monitor workmanship, quality, and construction standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Check measurements, material requirements, and work progress.
- Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of materials.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for solutions.
- Monitor daily progress and maintain proper site records.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
- Coordinate with architects and consultants for technical clarifications.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned time, quality, and cost.
