Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop architectural designs, drawings, and models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
- Create detailed 3D renderings and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Provide technical support during construction phases by reviewing blueprints and making necessary adjustments.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in architecture or interior design industry.
- Proficiency in Autodesk products including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
- Solid understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
