Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update e-commerce platforms, product listings, and inventory.
Monitor online orders, sales, and customer queries.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and product availability.
Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve online sales.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Positive knowledge of e-commerce platforms, product management, and online sales.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
