1. OpenShift Deployment, Administration & Cluster Management
Manage, maintain, and scale enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift clusters across development, staging, and production environments.
Monitor cluster health, performance, and capacity; troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and storage issues.
Implement and enforce robust security practices, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), network policies, and cluster hardening.
Handle cluster upgrades, patching, and backup/disaster recovery procedures.
Troubleshooting the production critical issues Priority 1 tickets in conjunction with Red Hat Global Support Service.
Proficient in setting up Openshift Clusters on multiple hypervisors including bare metals.
2. Application Onboarding & Developer Enablement
Act as the primary bridge between infrastructure and development teams to onboard multi-tier applications onto OpenShift.
Define and implement multi-tenancy strategies, resource quotas, and limit ranges for onboarding teams.
Provide guidance to developers on containerizing workloads and cloud-native best practices.
3. CI/CD Pipeline Automation (GitOps)
Design, build, and maintain cloud-native CI pipelines using Tekton (OpenShift Pipelines).
Manage continuous delivery (CD) workflows using Argo CD (OpenShift GitOps) to ensure declarative, automated, and repeatable application deployments.
Integrate security scanning, automated testing, and quality gates directly into the deployment pipelines.
4. Configuration Management & Packaging
Standardize application deployments by creating, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise Helm Charts and Kustomize.
Manage Helm repositories and ensure version-controlled, reusable configuration patterns across different environments.
5. Others
