Technical Expertise Expected

- Electronic Components: IC, MCU/Controller, RAM, PMIC, LDO, MOSFET, Diode, Capacitor, Resistor, Connector, Sensor, Display, Relay, Crystal/Oscillator and other active/passive components.
- Procurement Process: BOM analysis fi RFQ fi Technical comparison fi Commercial comparison fi Supplier selection fi Sample/approval fi PO fi Follow-up fi Quality validation fi Regular sourcing.

Sub Contractor Supplier Evaluation,
- Turn Key Project BOM costing Analysis.
- Understand PCB manufacturing process, including PCB fabrication, SMT, THT, assembly, testing and final PCBA requirements.
- Analyze BOM and identify critical, long-lead-time, single-source and obsolete components.
- Source and technically evaluate ICs, MCU/Controller, RAM, PMIC, LDO, capacitors, resistors, diodes, connectors, sensors, displays, relays, MOSFETs and other active/passive components.
- Evaluate part number, manufacturer, datasheet/specification, package, voltage/current rating, tolerance, temperature range, lifecycle and technical compatibility before proposing alternatives.
- Develop alternate components and alternate suppliers without compromising form-fit-function and product quality.
- Manage Indian and import procurement for electronic components and PCB/PCBA.
- Identify and develop Indian suppliers, EM
