We are looking for an experienced CRM Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS, CRM solutions, and Java-based open-source technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in solution architecture, system integration, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise-scale CRM implementations within the telecom domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution ideation, architecture design, and implementation for CRM and Telecom OSS/BSS systems.
- Design and integrate enterprise information systems to meet business and operational requirements.
- Assess existing system architecture and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and operations teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- Provide effort estimations, technical guidance, and architectural governance.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Drive performance tuning activities for high-volume applications.
- Analyze logs, thread dumps, heap dumps, and application performance metrics.
- Ensure security best practices are incorporated into solution design.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend innovations to improve system effectiveness.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Development, Operations, and Business teams.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Telecom OSS/BSS and Channel Applications.
- Minimum 5+ years of Solution Architect/Enterprise Architect experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Java-based Open Source Technology Stack.
- Solid understanding of CRM modules including:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Service
- Experience in B2B/B2C Lead-to-Cash Journey.
- Expertise in:
- Order Capture
- Product Configuration
- Eligibility Checks
- Pricing & Billing
- Payment Processing
- Customer Agreements
- Strong knowledge of Integration Frameworks and API Architecture.
- Experience with Containerization and Container Orchestration technologies.
