We are looking for a technically strong IT Administrator – Web & Portal Support to join our UK process. The role will be responsible for providing Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, troubleshooting web-based applications and portals, managing Microsoft 365 environments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, good communication, and the ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for IT systems, applications, web portals, and end-user issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web applications, portals, browsers, connectivity, and system access.
- Provide administration and support for Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and user accounts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
- Monitor and troubleshoot website/portal availability, performance, login, access,



and functionality issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights, password resets, and basic identity/access management.
- Investigate recurring technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Escalate complex incidents to relevant internal teams or third-party vendors when required.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, changes, and technical documentation.
- Support IT infrastructure and ensure timely resolution of incidents in line with agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with UK-based stakeholders and provide clear updates on ongoing incidents and resolutions.
- Assist with system updates, application configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices.

Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in IT Administration, IT Support, Technical Support, Application Support, or a similar role.
- Solid experience in L2/L3 tec
