Job Purpose

To maintain accurate store records through data entry and basic SAP operations, including material receipts, issues, stock updates, and related documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update material and inventory data in SAP and Excel.
- Perform basic SAP transactions related to store activities.
- Enter material receipts, material issues, stock transfers, and other store transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock records, and other store documents.
- Assist in maintaining correct stock balances in SAP.
- Coordinate with the Store, Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments regarding material-related information.
- Support periodic stock verification and inventory counting.




- Perform other store-related data entry and administrative work as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Education: 12th Pass / Diploma preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years in Store, Inventory, or Data Entry work preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SAP is required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Required Skills
- Accuracy in data entry.
- Basic SAP knowledge.
- Ability to maintain records and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
