Position Overview

The Finance Analyst will be responsible for managing accounting operations, statutory compliances, payroll compliance, and tax-related matters for the India entity.



The role requires strong hands-on experience in Indian taxation, accounting regulations, and advanced MS Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Operations
- - Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare financial reports and MIS statements
- Support statutory and internal audits

2. GST Compliance
- - Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- GST reconciliation and ITC verification
- Handling GST notices and departmental queries

3. TDS Compliance
- - Deduction and timely deposit of TDS
- Filing of quarterly TDS returns
- Issuance of Form 16 / Form 16A

4. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- - Payroll processing and verification
- Ensuring compliance with EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF (if applicable)
- Income tax computation for employee
