About the Role

We're looking for a Process Control Executive to act as the control tower for rejection trucks — owning every rejected consignment from the moment it's flagged until it's fully closed.

This is not a data-entry role. You will chase, coordinate, and escalate across departments until each case is resolved. If you're the kind of person who picks up the phone and asks "why is this still pending?" without being told to, you'll do well here.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end tracking of rejection trucks — from flagging to final closure (return, replacement, credit note, or settlement)
- Maintain a live tracker of all open cases with status, ageing, and pending owner
- Coordinate daily with Sales, Purchase, Logistics, Accounts, and plant/warehouse teams to unblock stuck cases
- Follow up relentlessly on pending actions and drive them to closure
- Identify exceptions and escalate to senior management with clear, factual summaries




- Prepare and circulate daily/weekly MIS on rejection status, ageing, and recurring causes
- Flag process gaps and recurring failure patterns rather than just reporting numbers
- Maintain complete documentation and communication trail for every case

Requirements
- 2–5 years in operations coordination, MIS, process control, logistics coordination, admin, or executive assistant roles
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Confident written and spoken English; professional on email and WhatsApp
- Proven follow-up ability — comfortable chasing senior stakeholders politely but firmly
- Ability to understand *why* a process exists, not just execute steps
- Strong ownership mindset; treats open items as personal responsibility
- Graduate in any discipline
