- Supervise daily PCB plating operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor plating parameters such as chemical concentration, pH, temperature, current, voltage, and plating time.
- Manage and control plating baths, chemical dosing, filtration, and solution maintenance.
- Ensure required copper/tin/nickel/gold plating thickness, uniformity, and quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot plating defects such as pits, burning, poor coverage, blistering, and thickness variation.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Process, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Manage plating operators, manpower allocation, shift activities, and SOP compliance.
- Maintain production, chemical consumption, bath-analysis, and rejection records.
- Ensure strict compliance with EHS, chemical-handling, PPE, 5S, and safety procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
