The ideal candidate for this position will help us identify current investment opportunities and monitor our existing portfolio companies. Partnerships Associate at Quad AI, own B2B partnerships end-to-end (source, pitch, close, execute) and run the campus events that bring them to life. Ideal for someone with 1–2 years in partnerships/B2B sales/events who can cold-message a CXO and keep a clean CRM.

Responsibilities
- Research industry and market dynamics
- Identify and map potential partner across corporates, startups, universities etc.
- Plan and execute on-ground events, workshops , and hackathons that bring partnerships to life
- Monitor and manage the performance of portfolio companies
- Pitch and close B2B partnerships, negotiating terms that works for both sides of the table

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 year professional working experience in a similar domain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
