About the Role
We are looking for a
Finance Manager
to take ownership of core financial operations, management reporting, financial planning, compliance, cash-flow management, and business finance.
The role will work closely with senior leadership, business teams, sales, operations, and external advisors/auditors to ensure strong financial controls while providing actionable insights to support business growth.

, managing day-to-day finance while also contributing to strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis
- Own the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and financial dashboards.
- Track actuals versus budget/forecast and identify key variances.
- Provide financial insights to leadership on revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flows.
- Build financial models to support business decisions, investments, hiring, pricing, and growth initiatives.
- Track and analyze SaaS metrics such as
ARR, MRR, revenue growth, gross margin, customer acquisition costs, retention, collections, and profitability
.
Accounting & Controllership
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including
accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end closure
.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly and annual financial closing.
