We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with internal teams, ensure timely execution of orders/projects, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Service, Accounts, and other departments.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of orders/projects.
- Plan materials, resources, and operational requirements.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, dispatch, and service activities.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and service teams whenever required.
- Track operational performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.




- Improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce delays, and control operational costs.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Management, or a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of relevant industry/product-line experience.
- Strong coordination, planning, and team-management skills.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and basic reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
