Required Skills
- 14+ years of experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE.
- Strong experience with Java 8/11/17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL/relational databases.
- Experience managing or leading Java engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, and API design.
- Valuable exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP cloud technologies.
- Experience with Kafka/Messaging, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins/Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and people leadership skills.




- Mentor senior developers and technical leads, promote engineering best practices, and support career development.

Good to Have
- Experience in Banking/Payments/Financial Services domain.
- Exposure to React/Angular or full-stack development.
- Experience with event-driven architecture, cloud-native applications, observability, and DevOps practices.
- Experience driving modernization or migration of legacy applications to cloud/microservices architecture.
