About the Role

We are building a scalable ERP platform with a custom HR module and are looking for an experienced Senior HRIS Solution Architect to advise our Product & Engineering teams.

This is an architecture and advisory role focused on designing the HR system, data model, and functional requirements — not HR Operations or system configuration.

Key Responsibilities
- Design HRIS functional architecture and HR data models.
- Define Job Architecture: Job Families, Levels, Grades, Career Tracks, Job Profiles, and Positions.
- Advise on organizational structures, HR workflows, roles, and approvals.
- Translate HR processes into functional requirements for Product & Engineering.
- Review HR module designs and recommend scalable HR best practices.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HRIS, HCM, or HR Technology.




- Strong experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, SAP HCM, or similar enterprise HR platforms.
- Proven experience in HR data modelling and functional architecture.
- Strong understanding of Job Architecture and organizational structures.
- Experience working with Product, Engineering, or IT teams.
- Excellent English communication and consulting skills.
