Role Description
The Human Resources Assistant role at Nexfore Consulting is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and coordinating HR documentation. The Human Resources Assistant helps manage HRIS data, supports benefits administration, and responds to routine employee queries. The role also involves coordinating training schedules, tracking attendance, and supporting HR initiatives related to performance, engagement, and compliance. Collaboration with HR management and other internal teams is key to ensuring accurate, timely, and skilled HR support.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support daily HR operations and policies.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Experience or familiarity with Benefits Administration,



including assisting with enrollment, documentation, and employee queries.
- Ability to support Training activities, such as scheduling sessions, coordinating logistics, and maintaining training records.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Thane, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; prior experience in consulting, safety, or related industries is an advantage.
