The Role

We are hiring an outbound SDR to build qualified pipeline for our products across Europe, North America, GCC, Singapore, and ANZ. Youll target enterprise accounts in banks, digital banks, telecom service providers, and utility service providers; researching the right stakeholders, running multi-channel outbound, and booking qualified meetings for our AEs.

This is a pure pipeline-generation role. No closing quota. You own everything before a qualified opportunity lands in an AEs calendar, and youre measured on the quality of what gets there.

Core Responsibilities
- Run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp with multi-touch cadences targeting senior decision-makers at banks, neobanks, telcos, and utilities
- Build target account lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly; research accounts to identify the right entry points and decision-makers
- Write outreach that gets replies especially persona-specific messaging tailored by region, industry, and seniority
- Book qualified meetings and hand them off cleanly to AEs with full context:



account research, pain hypothesis, prior touches
- Track and iterate your own funnel metrics and adjust your approach weekly
- Keep CRM hygiene tight with clean data, accurate stage progression, complete handoff notes
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to align messaging with launches, case studies, and regional expansion.

Key Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B outbound sales, sales development, or pipeline generation ideally in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise tech
- Demonstrable track record of generating SQLs and booked meetings through cold outbound
- Hands-on experience with contemporary outbound tooling: Apollo, Sales Navigator, Instantly, or HubSpot
- Comfortable managing across time zones and adapting tone for diverse markets
