Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Handle lead generation for both IT and Non-IT clients/industries.
- Identify and research target companies, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation tools to build prospect lists.
- Conduct cold calling and outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Initiate conversations with prospects through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
- Understand prospect requirements and qualify leads based on business needs.
- Maintain and regularly update lead databases and CRM records.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Schedule meetings/demos with qualified prospects for the sales team.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and calling targets.
- Track outreach activities, conversions, and lead performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential target markets.

Skills And Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, B2B sales, business development,



or a similar role.
- Solid hands-on experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience working with both IT and Non-IT lead generation.
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and generate relevant business leads.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is preferred.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and result-driven approach.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes and prospecting techniques.
