Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Branch Manager to support the overall branch operations, drive admissions, lead sales and marketing initiatives, manage the branch team, and ensure the achievement of business targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities




- Drive branch admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to maximize performance.
- Plan and conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional activities in colleges, schools, and other institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, corporate clients, and educational partners.
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor admissions, student records, fee collections, and ERP updates.
- Coordinate with the placement team to facilitate student placement activities.
- Analyze branch performance and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high student satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in Branch EdTech Sales, Business Development, or Team Management.
- Experience in the EdT
