DAP Storage Engineer plays a critical role in driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and system reliability across global enterprise storage infrastructures. This role proactively monitors, analyzes, and optimizes storage performance, health, and expenditure. Working closely with cross-functional internal teams (DAP, Edge) and external service providers, the DAP Storage Engineer ensures robust storage operations, rapid incident resolution, and the execution of key strategic infrastructure projects.

- NetApp NAS Administration: Advanced storage provisioning (Aggregates, Volumes, SVMs, NAS protocols) and Data Protection/DR execution (SnapMirror, SVM DR, SnapVault, SnapLock).
- SAN & Hyperconverged Storage: Administration and troubleshooting across IBM SAN platforms, SAN switch configuration, VMware vSAN, and replication setup.
- Storage Monitoring & Management Tools: Hands-on experience with ActiveIQ, OnCommand Unified Manager (OCUM), NetApp BlueXP, and VMware Aria Operations (vROps).
Secondary Skills
- Virtualization & Systems:
VMware vSphere/vCenter, HPE SimpliVity, Dell VXRAIL.
- Mainframe Support Tools: Rocket TE Mainframe Display / Terminal Emulation.
