Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop bioreactors, fermentation tanks, and other equipment for pharmaceutical production lines using Autocad software.
- Conduct design calculations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process flowsheets and improve productivity.
- Develop detailed drawings and documentation for fabrication of bioreactor systems.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Proficiency in Autocad software for designing complex mechanical systems.
- Solid understanding of bioprocess engineering principles and FDS (Facility Design Specifications) guidelines.
- Experience with design calculations, including mass balance studies, heat transfer analysis, and fluid dynamics simulations.
